I have been talking a little bit lately about home improvements and generally over hauling our home. It’s time to blow the cobwebs away and brighten up our flat for the year ahead and the boys bedroom is always high on my list of priorities.
Before Baby Beastie was born we redecorated their bedroom ready for his arrival. We painted it in lovely fresh colours that really gave the room a new lease of life but weren’t classically colours associated with boys bedrooms.
So when I had the opportunity to really transform one of the walls in their room, I knew I had to do it for them. I have always seen Wall Art when looking for inspiration for bedroom themes and loved the way they give rooms character so when I given the opportunity to review the Fun Friends Woodland Animal Scene from Enchanted Interiors I knew it would look fantastic on one particular wall.
The wall in particular is a lovely apple green colour and the perfect backdrop for a woodland scene and I think it compliments the design and colours really well.
The wall stickers are in separate pieces across several sheets. This enables you to arrange them however you like in your nursery. We followed the diagram that came with it to produce an exact replica of the scene chosen but there is nothing to stop you placing the stickers wherever you choose to.

Each nursery wall sticker is made from a self adhesive fabric which is extremely thin and of high quality with a matte finish. They are easy to apply, remove and reposition leaving no residue behind on the surface. The only tricky part of the application process was actually getting the tree in place. As it it divided in parts that need to be aligned together it’s helpful if you have another pair of hands to assist you whilst doing this!

They stuck really easily to the wall and it was a little fiddly at the start getting the tree on the right part of the wall, as we weren’t working up from the skirting board. The stickers easily peeled off to be repositioned and didn’t lose any of their stickiness, adhering well to the wall each time and smoothed down very well.

The tree looks truly magical now it is up and completely transforms the wall. At bedtime we look up at the ‘enchanted tree’ which adds to the imagination of my little boy and talk about our favourite parts. I personally think the look would be completed with some tiny lights on the branches but my husband looked horrified to say the least. I know we have boys but they are only little boys at the moment! Some things truly are lost on men…
We are thrilled with the finished wall and everyone comments on it when they see it. It’s a lovely unique touch to their room that makes the boring, extraordinary. If you are looking to transform your child’s room then I would definitely recommend you pay Enchanted Interiors a visit. Currently you can get 10% off your order if you use this voucher code – MBBRJ13 – valid until 28th February. Some of the designs are a little pricey but if you want quality wall art that has that something a little extra special then you should look no further. Their customer service is second to none.

Nb. We were kindly send this beautiful wall art for the purpose of the review but all views and opinions are entirely our own.
